Familiar Design, New Features

While the OnePlus Watch 3 will retain a design similar to its predecessor, it will feature a standout addition—a rotary dial. Inspired by the Digital Crown on Apple Watches, this rotating crown will provide users with a more intuitive way to navigate the interface, offering tactile feedback to complement the touchscreen.

The OnePlus Watch 3 will explore LTE connectivity, enabling it to function independently of a smartphone. With LTE support, users can make calls, receive notifications, and access apps without relying on their phones. However, this feature may initially be limited to select markets, such as China, where OPPO Watches have showcased similar capabilities.

The smartwatch will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 chipset, paired with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of onboard storage. It will run on WearOS 5 + RTOS, ensuring smooth performance and seamless integration with Android devices. A 500mAh+ battery will provide extended usage time, making it a reliable companion for everyday wear.
