Jared Leto Cast as Skeletor in New He-Man Live-Action Movie
Jared Leto is about to bring his unique brand of intensity to the world of Masters of the Universe, having been cast as the villainous Skeletor in the upcoming live-action adaptation of He-Man. The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed Leto’s role as the iconic skull-faced sorcerer, who is determined to conquer the planet Eternia.
Leto will face off against Nicholas Galitzine, who has been cast as He-Man, the heroic defender of Eternia. Joining Leto’s evil crew are Sam C. Wilson as Trap Jaw, Hafthor Bjornsson as Goat Man, Kojo Attah as Tri-Klops, and Alison Brie as Evil-Lyn. Idris Elba will play the valiant Man-at-Arms, while Camila Mendes takes on the role of Teela.
Skeletor, known for his distinctive voice and sinister wizardry, has become one of the most memorable villains in the Masters of the Universe franchise.
