Escalating Violence in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Beyond
These operations come amid a rise in terrorist activity, particularly in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan. Attacks have surged since the banned Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) ended a fragile ceasefire in 2022.
In November alone, 245 people were killed across Pakistan in terror-related incidents, including 68 security personnel and 127 militants. The fatalities highlight the intensifying threat, making it the deadliest month for security forces this year.
Ongoing Efforts to Combat Terrorism
The Pakistan Army continues to conduct intelligence-based operations across the region, with unwavering support from the nation. These sacrifices serve as a reminder of the courage of those defending the homeland and the collective resolve to achieve peace.
